By using this site you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions
Orders will be processed as soon as possible within standard business hours. Please allow 2- 4 working days. These are estimates only.
Please note that prices of items online may vary from in store.
All prices listed on our site are in New Zealand Dollar (NZD).
Sale or marked down items are not refundable.
Hustle is a small store so our instore and online customers are shopping from the same stock. If an item is purchased in our physical store at the same time an online order is placed then the online order may be unfortunately unavailable. In this case we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss your options.
Gift Vouchers are issued in New Zealand Dollars only. Gift Vouchers may not be redeemed for cash, or used to purchase further gift vouchers. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded. Change will not be given on Gift vouchers and any balance will remain on the voucher. Gift vouchers have no expiry date.
All information pertaining to our customers is kept private. None of this information is shared with any third parties.
All warranty and faulty goods claims are subject to assessment from the supplier who may choose to repair, replace, or credit any items proven to be Faulty.
Hustle is happy to facilitate your claim however the outcome is ultimately decided by the supplier.
Watches, Wetsuits, Sunnies, Backpacks, clothing and footwear are covered by a brand / supplier specific Warranty.
All products being returned MUST be in original condition with tags attached and packaging intact, unworn, unwashed, odour free and clean. Items that are returned to us which do not meet the above conditions, Hustle reserves the right to refuse the return.
For online and instore purchases we have a returns policy that allows you to exchange your purchase for another size, colour, completely new product or store credit.
If you feel your product is faulty please contact us and we can start your returns process.
We aim to have all claims resolved within 10/ Ten working days. In most cases your item will need to be sent back to the supplier for assessment, where they may choose to replace or repair the item.
Please Note during the dates 20th December to 10th January Most supplier / brands close , because of this our claims resolved time may be extended until reopening of the supplier.
When returning your faulty product to us, you will need full receipt / proof of purchase.
