Returns & Exchanges

We understand that buying online can be tricky so we want to try and make the process of returns as easy as possible.

For online and instore purchases we have a returns policy that allows you to exchange your purchase for another size, colour, completely new product or store credit.


PLEASE NOTE A RECEIPT IS REQUIRED, WE DO NOT OFFER CASH REFUNDS.

Simply get in contact with your returns request ether via email or phone within 14 days of the receipt date.

Freight charges are not covered by Hustle Surf & Moto if you have changed your mind or need to swap sizes. Note: If you have been sent the wrong item in error, we will arrange free return freight. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Where by chance we have sent you the wrong product we will arrange freight or refund your cost in getting it back to us where a receipt is provided.

All products being returned MUST be in original condition with tags attached and packaging intact, unworn, unwashed, odour free and clean.
 Items that are returned to us which do not meet the above conditions, Hustle Surf & Moto reserves the right to refuse the return.

Exchanges are subject to availability and may incur extra time in returning your request to you due to product re order arrive times.

Sale Products are final sale. No exchanges or refunds will be given.

Due to hygiene reasons we cannot except returns or exchanges of swimwear and Ethikas. If they are faulty we will follow our Faulty Policy.
